Have You Ever Used Such a Wireless Charger
In recent years, more and more smart phones have begun to be equipped with wireless charging equipment. Wireless charging has gradually entered our life. Have you ever wondered what is the principle behind the wonder of wireless charging without data lines?
At present, wireless charging technology mainly includes four basic modes: electromagnetic induction, magnetic resonance, radio wave and electric field coupling. Different wireless charging modes have different characteristics.
1. Electromagnetic induction type
This type of wireless charger uses the principle of electromagnetic induction, similar to a transformer, in which alternating current with a certain frequency in the primary coil generates a certain current in the secondary coil through electromagnetic induction, thus transferring energy from the transmission end to the receiving end. It has high energy conversion efficiency, low cost, but short transmission distance and is easily affected by placement position. YMP desktop embedded wireless charger is based on this principle, placing the mobile phone on the wireless charger can charge the mobile phone, which is very convenient. YMP Industry Limited has a professional team to independently research and develop, and there are other customizable wireless schemes for you to choose from, with a wide range of application scenarios.
2. Magnetic resonance type
This type of wireless charger consists of an energy transmitting device and an energy receiving device. When the two devices are adjusted to the same frequency or resonate at a specific frequency, they can exchange energy with each other. Its principle is similar to the resonance principle of sound. Its disadvantages are that it is difficult to miniaturize and its energy conversion efficiency is not high enough. It is still in the research stage.
3. Radio wave type
By configuring the transmitting equipment of radio waves on the power supply side and the receiving equipment of radio waves on the power receiving side, power transmission is carried out in the form of direct current voltage output and input, with relatively fast transmission speed but relatively low safety.
4. Electric field coupling type
Electric energy is transmitted by using an induced electric field generated by two groups of asymmetric dipoles coupled in the vertical direction. Its basic principle is to transfer electric energy from the sending end to the receiving end through the electric field. It is suitable for short-distance charging, has high conversion efficiency, and can be located in an unfixed position, but requires large-volume equipment and low power.
